Terms of Service

These terms apply to companies and users that create an account on Prezko to manage aircon service operations, technicians, and service reports.

Using the platform

• You must provide accurate company and account information when registering a workspace.
• Owner accounts are responsible for managing technician access within their company workspace.
• The platform is provided for legitimate aircon service and maintenance operations.

Service reports and customer data

Your company is responsible for the accuracy of service reports, findings, and customer information entered into the platform. Completed reports made accessible through QR codes or shared links remain visible to anyone with that link, so share them only with the intended customer.

Account suspension

We may suspend accounts used for purposes outside legitimate service operations, or where account credentials are shared in a way that compromises another company's data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Prezko after an update means you accept the revised terms.
